Our fee is just $1.10 per ticket + 1.1% of the ticket value. Event organisers have the option of absorbing this service fee or passing it on to their attendees. 

We use Stripe as it allows your event to use Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards as well as American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay also works seamlessly via the Stripe platform.

Payment security is important to us because we know it is important to you! We use Stripe for this reason. 

Here’s some reassuring information about the world-class online payment processing platform:

  • PCI Service Provider Level 1 Certification – The highest level of certification in the payments industry.
  • Encrypted Data and Communication – The service uses PGP keys for safe communication.
  • Money Transmitter Licenses – Stripe complies with legal regulations for payment platforms.

Using your own Stripe account with Crowdcatcher means that you get paid straight away! You can configure your Stripe payouts on a schedule that suits you. Many of our event organisers arrange their payouts to occur daily.

Crowdcatcher will invoice you on a monthly basis for our fee portion of the funds collected.

We’re happy to consider other pricing models for you. Just like you, we want to see your event succeed, so send us your idea.

We do not offer any refunds. If you cancel your event, you are responsible for providing refunds.
